Pitchside
Invite-only · every listing vetted

The money stops.
Life doesn’t.

A private platform for people whose peak earning years are shorter than the life they have to fund. Every deal vetted and graded before you see it. Your identity shielded. Your advisor in the room.

We are not open yet. This registers you for the first intake. It costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and we reply to everyone.

Stage vetting

Screening, documents, financials, founder diligence, grading.

A–D
Published grade

Earned, never bought. Grade D never goes live.

100%
Members verified

KYC and investor certification before a single deal is seen.

£0
Of your money held

No client accounts, no custody. We never touch it.

Most days, it’s four companies.

Not a feed. A deck you finish, then get on with your day. Everything in it has already been through five stages of vetting, so the question in front of you is only ever whether you want it, never whether it is real.

What “vetted” means here, exactly

An analyst reads the documents, traces every number a founder claims back to a source, and writes down what they could not confirm. Five dimensions get scored. A Grade gets stamped. All of it is in the room before you decide anything.

Your own advisor gets a seat in that room and the same report you have: read-only, that deal only, never the rest of your activity. Nobody here decides alone.

Scores expire with the grade and re-verify quarterly. Not investment advice.

Nobody needs to know you’re here.

To a founder you are a verified member with capital and a number, until you decide otherwise, one deal room at a time. Nothing indexable. Nothing for the press.

Anonymity applies to the deck and never to diligence: every member is fully verified long before they see anything.

The deals that find you anyway

An agent forwards something. A teammate swears by it. Send it to us instead of answering, and an analyst runs the same checks our own listings face, then writes back inside 48 hours. That includes telling you to walk away when it deserves it.

The person who sent it is never contacted and never told you asked.

Walk away from this one.

The returns quoted don’t exist anywhere in the documents, the "fund" is eleven weeks old, and the counterparty declined to verify custody of investor money.

RiskUnverifiable returns

"22% fixed" appears in the pitch and nowhere in the fund documents.

RiskNo custody answer

Declined to name where investor money is actually held.

A deadline that moved twice. Urgency is the product here.

    Request an invite

Or be invited by a member. Reviewed in small batches, replied to quietly.

  2. 02
    Verify and certify

KYC, investor certification, and your discretion preferences, once.

  3. 03
    Scout the deck

Graded deals daily. Match into a private room when something deserves you.

Founders
  1. 01
    Apply to list

Tell us what you’re building and what you’re raising.

  2. 02
    Five-stage vetting

Documents, financials, legal, founder diligence. Every claim traced to a source.

  3. 03
    Go live, graded

Reach members whose name is worth more than the cheque. Grade D never goes live.

House rules

Four things we will not do, written down so you can hold us to them.

Grade D never goes live

If the checks say no, the listing does not reach members. We would rather lose the fee than lend a company our mark.

Grades expire quarterly

Every listing re-verifies or comes down. No grade on the platform is more than three months old.

We never hold your money

No client accounts, no custody, no wallet. Investments complete directly between you and the company.

We never give advice

Reports say what we verified and what we could not. The decision is yours, with your own advisor in the room.

Questions we get

Advisors and agents tend to want the methodology instead. That lives on the vetting page.

Are you open yet?
Pitchside is not open yet. We are building the first intake of members and listings now, and onboarding begins in small batches. Until then you can register interest as an investor or apply to list as a founder, and we will come back to you before anything goes live. Nothing on this site is a live listing. The product screens shown use fictional companies and figures.
Who can join?
Membership is by invitation or request, and every member is verified before they see a single deal. The platform was born in professional football, and it is built for anyone whose money deserves protecting: athletes, performers, creators, advisors, family offices and private investors alike.
What does the vetting actually check?
Five stages: screening, documents and claims, financial and legal review, founder diligence, and grading. Every number a founder claims is traced to a source. The outcome is a published Grade from A to D, and Grade D never goes live.
Is this investment advice?
No. Grades and reports are factual summaries of checks completed at a point in time. They tell you what we verified and what we could not. The decision is yours, made with your own advisor, who has a seat in every deal room.
What does it cost?
Founders pay a vetting fee, which buys the vetting, never the outcome or the grade. Member pricing and Check report pricing are shared when you join. We never take a cut of your investment and we never touch your money.
How discreet is it, really?
You are anonymous to founders until you choose to reveal yourself, deal room by deal room. Nothing about your membership is public or indexable, and we never publish member names, on this site or anywhere else.
Do you handle my money?
No. We hold £0 of member money. Investments complete directly between you and the company, with your own advisors. Our job ends where the cheque begins.
What is The Check?
Send us any deal you have been offered elsewhere: by an agent, a teammate, a DM. An analyst runs the same checks we run on our own listings and reports back within 48 hours, including, when it is deserved, "walk away". The sender is never told you asked.
Which jurisdictions do you cover?
The platform launches with UK-based listings and members, designed around UK rules from day one. Other jurisdictions follow carefully, and only where we can vet to the same standard.

Deals worth your name.

We open to the first intake of members in small batches. Register now and you are in that queue. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Founders start where everyone starts: with the vetting.
