What this site is
This website describes membership of Pitchside, a vetting and introduction platform. The platform is not yet open to members or listed companies. Nothing here is an offer of, or an invitation to buy, any investment. No live deals, real figures or real company names from the platform appear on this site, and the product interfaces shown use fictional companies and numbers to illustrate how the software works.
No advice, and no authorisation
Pitchside does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Grades and reports are factual summaries of checks completed at a point in time. They describe what was verified and what was not, and they are never a recommendation to invest. Decisions about your money are yours, taken with your own advisers.
Risk
Don't invest unless you're prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong.
Enquiries
Registering interest or applying to list creates no obligation on either side and no contract between us. We may decline either without giving a reason. Discretion cuts both ways. Membership and listing are governed by separate agreements, issued and signed before anyone is onboarded.
Using the site
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit others' personal data without their knowledge, scrape it at volume, or misrepresent who you are. The text, design, brand marks and software on this site belong to Pitchside and Senso Studio.
Accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current, but it describes a platform still being built, and details may change as it is finished. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement governs.
Law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
